$40.00 per adult at GATE.

Children under 12 are free with paying adult.

A completed waiver MUST accompany all registration forms.  Registration is not complete without a completed, signed waiver.

Yarrow Coven Mabon Gathering September 10,11,12,13 2009 Waiver
I am aware that there are risks involved in my participation in Yarrow Coven events, including the natural and rugged nature of the site and I hereby agree to assume such risks.

I take full responsibility for my safety, well-being and actions, as well as the safety, well being and actions of any minors in my charge.

I agree not to sue and/or press any actions or claims against the landowners, or the Yarrow Coven Mabon organizers, agents, and volunteers FOR ANY INJURY occurring to me or to anyone through whom I may claim at said event RESULTING FROM ACCIDENT, NEGLIGENCE, AND/ OR PARTICIPATION ON ANY INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITY.

I also understand that the land and the festival are subject to all state, local, and federal laws, and that neither the owners of Camp Zoe or Yarrow Coven condones or encourages the violation of these laws, and that neither Camp Zoe owners or Yarrow Coven nor their agents, is to be held responsible in any way should individuals or groups of persons act on their own behalf in violation of any state, local, or federal laws.

By signing this waiver, I agree to the following guidelines:  I will: *not bring firearms or fireworks *not bring unregistered guests *use established firepits (use only wood from Camp Zoe) *place my automobile in the appropriate parking area *follow local, state and federal laws *keep pet leashed and clean up after immediately  *trash and other items: pack it in, pack it out *leave only footprints

This agreement is binding upon my heirs, executors and assigns. This waiver covers the period of September 10-13, 2009 inclusive. I understand that if I choose not to respect the guidelines of this gathering I will be asked to leave and I agree to comply.

By signing this waiver, I agree that I have read the entire Registration Brochure thoroughly, that I understand the rules of this Yarrow Coven Mabon festival and agree to abide by them, and that I am at least 18 years of age.

Your registration information will be kept confidential in conformity with Craft practices. 
Each attendee must fill out a separate form
No refunds will be made after September 4, 2009. If an emergency causes a last minute cancellation, the fees can be applied to a future event.
You must be 18 years old or older to attend without an adult.


Yarrow Coven is a Religious, Educational and Cultural Not for Profit Missouri Corporation. The Fees for this Gathering are considered donations. The money raised will offset our expenses for this event and other projects
